Accessing the Chat feature on HeyPeers looks different from a mobile device.
After you sign into your HeyPeers account using the internet browser on your device, click on the Menu button on the top right of your screen and select Chat from the dropdown options.
You will then be taken to the Chat page on your mobile device. You will see a menu bar on the bottom of your device screen that shows Home, Chats and Groups.
The Home page for the Chat displays all of the available chatrooms you can join. Use the search box to type in specific topics, keywords, or names of people leading chatrooms you are interested in joining.
The Chats button will bring you to any personal chats you have between Peer Supporters. You can reply or start a chat with any Peer Supporter that you have already connected with. The Groups button will display any public or private chatrooms you have already joined.
