In this article, we will show you how to review your ratings and feedback as an organizational peer supporter.*
*On HeyPeers, organizations have the option to display their Group Leaders, and also have the additional option to display the leaders' feedback and ratings.
*Please note that while some organizations choose to display their leaders, they may choose to not share the ratings or feedback. Some organizations choose not to display their Group Leaders at all.
From the HeyPeers home page, click on the Organizations tab.
If you have subscribed to your organization, it will show up under the Subscribed tab.
If you have not subscribed to your organization, click on the All tab to find your organization.
From the subscribed tab, locate your organization tile and click on the hyperlinked name of the organization.
You will be brought to the organization's landing page. On that page, click on the Group Leaders tab.
Find your profile and scroll over to view your star ratings. The number displayed represents how many reviews have been submitted.
Click on the hyperlinked number next to the star ratings to be able to view your overall star rating, and the individual feedback and ratings submitted from members.
