To set your availability within an Organization that you are facilitating video-based meetings for. Log into your HeyPeers account. Click on the ACCOUNT dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your screen. Select “Availability Calendar” from the dropdown menu options. You will be brought to a new page.
You will see a weekly calendar on your page. Click the WORKING HOURS button located at the top right corner of your page. A popup window will appear, fill out the following information:
- Select your work days - Select the days you are available from the dropdown list
- Work start time - Designate what time you are available to start facilitating online support group meetings on the days you’ve designated.
- Work end time - Designate what time you are no longer available to facilitating online support group meetings on the days you’ve designated.
The hours you designate will reflect the timezone you have set in your Account Info - Personal Settings. Click on the SAVE button to set your availability calendar.
If there is a series of dates you are not available to facilitate online support group meetings, click the OUT OF OFFICE button located at the top left corner of your page. A popup window will appear. Select the date range you are unavailable or “out of office”. Click on the SAVE button to save the range of dates.
