If you have a Premium Peer Supporter Plan you have the option to charge for your services. When you schedule a meeting that requires payment, users will pay the fee during their registration process. The funds for the meeting will sit in escrow until 48hrs after the meeting has occurred.
Once the funds are available to transfer, first go to heypeers.com and log into your account. Click on the ACCOUNT dropdown menu and select TRANSACTION HISTORY from the dropdown menu.
You will be brought to a new page. You will first see the PENDING tab. The funds for the meeting will sit in escrow located in the PENDING tab until 48hrs after the meeting has occurred. You will see the following:
- Meeting Amount
- Payment Amount
- Meeting
- Meeting Date
- View Details
Click through to the AVAILABLE tab. You will see the following:
- Meeting Amount
- Payment Amount
- Meeting
- Meeting Date
- View Details
Click the TRANSFER button to begin the transfer of payment into your account.
Click through to the IN TRANSIT tab. This will show the funds that are in the transfer process. You will see the following:
- Meeting Amount
- Payment Amount
- Meeting
- Meeting Date
- View Details
Click through to the RECEIVED tab. This will show the all funds that you have received. You will see the following:
- Meeting Amount
- Payment Amount
- Meeting
- Meeting Date
- View Details
If you click on the hyperlinked VIEW DETAILS, you will be brought to a new page. You will see the following:
- Transaction Amount
- Discount
- User
- First Name
- Last Name
- Transaction Date
- Status
- Refund Button
In the event that a user is requesting a REFUND click on the Available icon. Then find the meeting you need to issue the refund for. Click on the View Details icon to the right of the meeting information.
This will bring you to a page detailing all the users who registered for the meeting. Find the participant seeking a refund and click on the Refund button. The refund will be issued and funds will show up back on their default card in 3-5 business days.
Click through to the REFUNDED tab. This will show the all funds that you have refunded. You will see the following:
- Meeting Amount
- Meeting
- Meeting Date
- View Details
