In the event that you need to either cancel or reschedule a meeting, please do the following. First, go to heypeers.com and log into your account. Click on the ACCOUNT dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your screen. Select “My Meetings” from the dropdown menu options. You will be brought to a new page.
On the My Meetings page, you will see all your upcoming scheduled meetings and all of your past meetings you hosted. In the “Upcoming meetings” section find the meeting you are going to facilitate and click "Edit" Button.
To reschedule, change the time or date, then click the SAVE button.
To cancel, click the red CANCEL MEETING button located at the bottom of the popup window. If this is a meeting with a fee, all HeyPeers users will automatically be refunded. We recommend that you contact the registered users before you cancel the meeting to ensure they understand that they will be refunded.
