You can view and download a few different reports.
Attendance Report:
To do so, first, go to heypeers.com and log into your account. You will be brought to your "Destination Page." On that page, you can access your organization by clicking ORGANIZATIONS at the top-right menu or the ORGANIZATION tile in the middle of your screen. You will be brought to a new page. Click on the MY ORGANIZATIONS button located at the top middle of the page. You will see your organization with your logo in a tile with a PROFILE button on the left corner of the tile and a MANAGE button on the right corner of the tile. Click on the MANAGE button.
You will be brought to a new page called “Manage Organization” on the right side of the screen click on the GROUP icon. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Meeting History” from the dropdown menu.
You will be brought to a new page.
If you click over to the “Meeting List” tab, you can export the attendance information by clicking on the EXPORT button.
A popup window will appear. In this window you will designate the following:
- Choose Date Range to Export - the options are below
- All
- Today
- Current month
- Last week
- Last month
- Custom - if you designate the custom option, you will need to set the “Start Time” and “End Time” click in the box below each qualifier and a calendar will appear, set the correct start and end date/ time. The format must be mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm (am/pm)
- Column - The options are below
- All
- None
- Specific Designations
- Display Name
- Registered
- Joined
- Member Since
- Updated At
- Username
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- State
- City

Click on the SEND REPORT button once you have finalized the report settings. Your email associated with your HeyPeers account will be emailed a .CSV file of your requested report.
Surveys + Exporting Survey Results
If you would like to create surveys to display in your meetings either before it starts or after it has ended, you can do so on the “Manage Surveys” page in your organization’s administrative module. To do so, first, go to heypeers.com and log into your account. Click on the ACCOUNT dropdown menu located in the top right corner of your screen. Select “My Organizations” from the dropdown menu options. You will be brought to a new page. You will see your organization with your logo in a tile with a PROFILE button on the left corner of the tile and a MANAGE button on the right corner of the tile. Click on the MANAGE button.
You will be brought to a new page called “Manage Organization” on the right side of the screen click on the BOOK icon. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Manage Surveys” from the dropdown menu.
You will be brought to a new page.
You will see “Add Question” at the top of your screen. Type out the first question in the designated box. Then select the “Question Type”:
- Short Answer
- Likert scale
- Quality scale
- Satisfied
- Yes or No
- One to Five
- Dropdown - If you select dropdown then “Add options” will appear. Add as many optional answers as you see fit.
Then select the “Organization review questionnaire”. A dropdown menu will appear with all your previous questionnaires created. Click the “New Questionnaire” hyperlink to the right of the dropdown menu if you in fact want to create a new questionnaire. Click the SAVE button.
Below the question box you will see the questions in your “Default” survey displayed. Below that all the personalized questionnaires your organization creates are displayed. You will see the list of questions displayed in each questionnaire.
You can edit any question by clicking on the pencil icon. You will be brought to a new page displaying the question. Edit as you see fit. Click the SAVE button.
You can delete any question by clicking on the trash can icon. A popup box will appear asking, Are you sure? Click the OK button to delete the question. Click the CANCEL button to cancel the deletion of the question.
You can preview the questionnaire by clicking the PREVIEW button. A new tab will open your web browser displaying the survey.
You can export the attendance and survey responses by clicking on the EXPORT button. A popup window will appear.
In this window you will designate the following:
