You can see your organization’s transaction history. To do so, first, go to heypeers.com and log into your account. You will be brought to your "Destination Page." On that page, you can access your organization by clicking ORGANIZATIONS at the top-right menu or the ORGANIZATION tile in the middle of your screen. You will be brought to a new page. Click on the MY ORGANIZATIONS button located at the top middle of the page. You will see your organization with your logo in a tile with a PROFILE button on the left corner of the tile and a MANAGE button on the right corner of the tile. Click on the MANAGE button.
You will be brought to a new page called “Manage Organization” on the right side of the screen click on the BOOK icon. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Transaction History” from the dropdown menu.
You will be brought to a new page.
First, you will see the Total Balance and the “Pending” transactions listed. Each transaction will show the following information:
- Meeting amount
- Payout amount
- Meeting
- Group Leader
- Meeting Date
Click the AVAILABLE icon, you will see the Total Balance and the “Available” transactions listed. Each transaction will show the following information:
- Meeting amount
- Payout amount
- Meeting
- Group Leader
- Meeting Date
You can click on the “View Details” icon to the right of each transaction to view more information and/or refund the funds to the HeyPeers user. If you click on “View Details” you will be part to a new page. On the detailed transaction page you will see the following information:
- Amount
- Discount
- User
- Transaction Date
- Status
In the event that a user is requesting a refund click on the Available icon. Then find the meeting you need to issue the refund for. Click on the View Details icon to the right of the meeting information.
This will bring you to a page detailing all the users who registered for the meeting. Find the participant seeking a refund and click on the Refund button. The refund will be issued and funds will show up back on their default card in 3-5 business days.
Finally, on the Available page below the listed available transactions is the “Available to Transfer” section. Click on the TRANSFER [total balance] button. The transfer will be issued and funds will show up in your organization’s bank account in 3-5 business days.
Click the IN TRANSIT icon, you will see the Total Balance and the “In Transit” transactions listed. Each transaction will show the following information:
- Meeting amount
- Payout amount
- Meeting
- Group Leader
- Meeting Date
Click the RECEIVED icon, you will see the Total Balance and the “Received” transactions listed. Each transaction will show the following information:
- Meeting amount
- Payout amount
- Meeting
- Group Leader
- Meeting Date
Click the REFUNDED icon, you will see the “Refunded” transactions listed. Each transaction will show the following information:
- Meeting amount
- Payout amount
- Meeting
- Group Leader
- Meeting Date
