Active Social Media Icons
Upon entering the Manage Organization page, an administrator will see 7 available social media links. Active social media icons (meaning accounts have been assigned to them) are displayed in full color. Inactive social media icons (where no accounts have been assigned to them) are displayed in gray). Only active social media icons are displayed on the organization’s information page.
Adding Social Media Accounts
Within Manage Organization, administrators will see three management buttons. The Book button will display a list of organization controls and settings, including Social Media Accounts.
Clicking on Social Media Accounts brings up the Add Social Account pop-up window.
To activate a social media icon, an administrator must input the full URL (e.g., https://www.facebook.com/yourorganization) in the corresponding field. Clicking on Add Accounts saves the data.
Active social media icons will be displayed on the organization’s information page, in the section titled “Have Questions?”
