If you haven’t already opened the web browser you plan to use for the meeting, do so and log into your HeyPeers account. Click on the ACCOUNT dropdown menu in the top right corner. Select “My Meetings” from the dropdown menu. You will be brought to a new page.
On the My Meetings page, you will see all your upcoming scheduled meetings and all of the past meetings you registered for. In the “Upcoming meetings” section find the meeting you are going to attend and click on the green JOIN button.
You will be brought to a new screen where you will confirm your name that will display to your attendees. You should also see yourself through your webcam. If you do not see yourself click on the blue camera icon. You also have the option of turning on your audio as well before you enter the meeting space. Click on the blue microphone icon to do so. Once your name, video, and audio are set click the PRESS HERE TO JOIN button.
You will be brought into your HeyPeers Meeting space. If you already turned on your webcam you will see the video feed of yourself in small popup window at the top left corner. As participants enter and turn on their webcams the main section of the meeting space will have tiles of participants' video feeds.
