Welcome to HeyPeers! We are grateful to be partnering with your organization to expand your peer support services. Onboarding your organization is simple, first go to heypeers.com and log into your account. You will be brought to your "Destination Page." On that page you can access your organization by clicking ORGANIZATIONS at the top right menu or the ORGANIZATION tile in the middle of your screen. You will be brought to a new page. Click on the MY ORGANIZATIONS button located at the top middle of the page. You will see your organization with you logo in a tile with a PROFILE button on the left corner of the tile and a MANAGE button on the right corner of the tile. Click on the MANAGE button.
You will be brought to a new page called “Manage Organization” the elements on the main section of this page is what HeyPeers Users will see when they access your organization from the ORGANIZATIONS page in HeyPeers. You will be prompted to fill out the following information:
- Profile Image - Upload your logo by clicking the UPLOAD IMAGE button under “Profile Image” section. We recommend the size of your image is 200 px X 200 px no greater than 2 MB.
- Banner Image - Upload a banner to display on your Organization page. We recommend the size of your image is 1020 px x 248 px no greater than 5 MB. If you do not upload an image the color you designate as your “Primary brand color” will display.
- Name - Enter your organization’s name
- Short description - Enter a one-sentence description of your organization. This will display on the ORGANIZATIONS page with your organization’s tile listed with the other partnered HeyPeers Organizations.
- Description - Enter a paragraph or two describing your organization. This will display on your organization’s personal page that HeyPeers Users can access to learn more about the peer services you provide.
- Primary brand color - click on the checkered square to enter your organization’s primary color hex color code.
- Enforce subscription approval - Toggle the enforce subscription approval ON (green if turned on) or OFF (gray if turned off).
- If you turn this feature on, administrators will need to approve HeyPeer Users who request to subscribe to the organization.
- To do so click on the people icon button located on the top right corner on the Manage Organization page. Select VIEW SUBSCRIBERS from the dropdown menu. You will be brought to a new page. There you will be able to approve HeyPeer Users who requested to subscribe to your organization.
- If you turn this feature on, administrators will need to approve HeyPeer Users who request to subscribe to the organization.
Once you finish filling out your organization’s profile click on the UPDATE ORGANIZATION button.
