Click on the Wallet tab.
The Payment Method tab shows the card information used to pay for your monthly or annual subscription.
You can create meetings that require payments for those who register. The Wallet tab allows you to manage transactions, withdraw funds for any paid meetings you host, and issue refunds to members as needed. In order to receive your payments, you need to connect your bank account (not a debit or credit card).
- Please note that if you are located outside of the United States, it is important to designate your country in your profile PRIOR to setting up your wallet. This will communicate with the transaction processing system to set your payments in the correct currency.
Click on the Set Up Now button.
You will be brought to a new screen and prompted to fill out the form. Please follow the steps as requested. You will need to verify your bank account information, verify your identity, and add professional details.
Verify Your Identity
Please note that for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify you correctly, you need to enter your legal name as it appears on your Social Security card.
- You will need to enter your email, billing address and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
Professional Details
Scroll down the Industry dropdown options to Personal Services category and choose Health & Wellness Coaching.
Business Website
- Use the website link for your personal Peer Supporter page on HeyPeers. You can find this website address by clicking on the Find a Peer Supporter tab, clicking on your profile, and copying the web address from your profile.
After you have successfully verified your identity and bank account information for payments to be sent to, you will be setup to withdraw funds received from the paid meetings you host.
Please note the transaction fees we collect for all transactions. You may want to factor in the fees when you consider setting the prices for your meetings.
- Stripe transaction 2.9% fee
- Stripe per transaction $0.30 flat fee
- HeyPeers transaction fee 12%
While the meetings have the following minimum pricing options:
- Group Meetings: $2.99
- 1 on 1 Coaching Meetings: $19.99
For optimal success, we encourage our Peer Supporters to use meeting price ranges of $7.50 - $9.99 for groups or $29.95+ for 1 on 1 coaching.
