Log into your HeyPeers account within 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. Click on the My Meetings tab to find the meeting you'd like to join.
On the My Meetings page, you will see all your upcoming meetings, waitlisted meetings and all of your past meetings. In the “Upcoming meetings” section find the meeting you are going to attend. The JOIN button will be green when you are able to enter the meeting. If the JOIN button is not showing yet, you may be a little early. You will need to refresh your page once you are within 15 minutes of the meeting. Click on the green JOIN button when it is available.
You will be brought to a new screen where you will confirm your name that will display in the meeting. Click the CONTINUE TO THE MEETING button.
You will be brought to a new page. You should also see yourself through your webcam. If you do not see yourself click on the camera icon. You also have the option of turning on your audio as well before you enter the meeting space. Click on the microphone icon to do so. If you would like the change the name displaying, click on the [...] icon.
If you need to select a specific web camera click on the ^ to the right of the camera icon. A dropdown menu will appear with options.
If you are not seeing the camera you are looking for, click on Video Settings... in the dropdown menu. A popup window will appear, where you can select the correct camera.
If you need to select a specific microphone and speaker click on the ^ to the right of the microphone icon. A dropdown menu will appear with options.

Once your name, video, and audio are set click the JOIN MEETING button.
You will be brought into your HeyPeers Meeting space, there you will see the HeyPeers Peer Supporter who will be facilitating the meeting.
