If you have a Premium Peer Supporter Plan you have the option to charge for your services. Here at HeyPeers, we believe that you should be compensated for your services! We also believe that HeyPeers is a viable source of income, but this doesn’t necessarily happen on day one. It requires building trust with active HeyPeers users.
Hosting free meetings can be a good way to let HeyPeers users get comfortable with you and interested in your meetings that require a registration fee. It’s a balancing act. Offer free and registration fee meetings at the same time!
If you are offering a program or a limited series meeting type, allow HeyPeers users to attend the first session free, but charge the remaining sessions in the series.
If you are charging for a group meeting, we recommend that you find a price that is easy for the attendees to commit to. Remember 8 attendees at $5 is better than 1 at $29. Reminder there is a transaction fee (see table below), you may want to factor in the fee when you set the prices for your meetings.
