Please follow the steps below to test and report any issues you have with accessing any HeyPeers embedded meeting (meetings NOT hosted on Zoom).
Please test your network settings on each device you use to access meetings on HeyPeers: https://network-test.daily.co/
You may see a pop-up blocker asking you for access to your camera and microphone. Please click Allow for the test to properly identify any issues.
Once the test finishes, you will see a series of PASS/FAIL results for the different categories. If anything shows FAIL (in red), please download a copy of the results by clicking on the top left button and send it to HeyPeers for further investigation.
