As a Case Manager for an Organization, you can review and enroll new subscribers.

EAP Members Tab
If your organization enrolls subscribers to HeyPeers as part of your service, there will be a second tab on the Subscribers page. Next to the Approved subscribers tab there will be a tab called EAP Members.
From the EAP Members tab, you can search and edit current subscribers, unenroll subscribers, view attendance summaries, send upcoming meetings, and enroll new subscribers.
Export Report
When you click the Export EAP button, a pop-up window will allow you to set parameters on the type of data you would like sent in the report. Once you set the parameters of the data to be included in the report, click Send Report. The report will be emailed to you within 15-30 minutes.
Enroll New Subscriber
When you click Enroll Subscriber to enroll a new person, a pop-up window will appear. You will need to enter the following information for the new subscriber:
- Email address
- First and Last name
- Referring company
- Case Manager assigned (yourself if applicable)
- Case number for your organizational tracking (optional but recommended)
- Select Meetings per Month or Meetings per Year, according to how many meetings you offer for your subscribers.
- Enter the number of meetings you provide. (In image below Meetings per Year is selected and there is 10 written in the box below, indicating that the subscriber is offered 10 meetings per year.
- Click on Mandated or Non-mandated for the type and service of FREE meetings to assign the subscriber to. For non-mandated, please indicate all the applicable assigned services for the subscriber.
- Click Invite. A new member account will be created, and an invitation will be emailed to the subscriber with instructions on how to accept and finalize their enrollment.
Edit Subscriber
To edit an existing subscriber, search for them by first name, last name or username. Click on the 3 dots next to the Message button.
You will see the options to:
- Edit Enrollment: If you click this, a pop-up window will allow you to edit the selections from the initial enrollment that was set the subscriber; like how many meetings they are offered per month or per year, and which services they are assigned to. You can also edit their name, email address, case manager and case number.
- Unenroll Subscriber
- Send Upcoming Meetings: If you click this option, an email will be automatically sent to the subscriber with all of the upcoming meetings for the services they are assigned to. For example, if they are assigned to Addiction Recovery Groups, they will be sent an email with the details for all of those upcoming meetings.
- Attendance Summary: If you click here, you will be taken to the Attendance Summary page which has 3 tabs: Attendance, Meetings and Certified Meetings. The Attendance tab shows their overall attendance numbers by year. Choose to see attendance for previous years by changing the dropdown year option. The Meetings and Certified Meetings tabs show the specifics of the meetings they have attended. Click the Back arrow button located under the Attendance Summary page name to return to the Subscribers page.
