Peer Supporters can access the meeting list of registered members for any upcoming or past meetings in order to message members directly in HeyPeers.
Login to your HeyPeers account, then:
- Click on the My Meetings tab.
- To find meeting information for a future meeting, scroll through Upcoming Meetings, or to message a member from a past meeting, scroll down to the Past Meetings section.
- Click Hosted by me selection to narrow it to the meetings you have hosted.
- Click on the "Participants: #" hyperlink underneath the date and time on the meeting tile.
You will then be taken to the meeting information page for that specific meeting.
On this page you will see the list of members, including the host, and a Registration Status column which indicates who registered, cancelled, attended or missed the meeting.
If it is a past meeting, you will also be able to see the Joined At and Left At columns which confirm if they attended the meeting.
At the right of the member's attendance details you will see the Message button.
When you click Message, a pop up window allows you to send a message directly to the member in the HeyPeers platform. You will get a pop-up message that says "Success! Your message has been sent." To view the message you sent, click on the Chat tab. From the chat tab you can continue to message back and forth with that member.
Please note: the Provide Feedback is a feature that is not enabled for Peer Supporters. Using this feature does not provide feedback to members and will not be saved anywhere for you to reference. You can skip that option.
